Deep Clean

It’s our job to help you choose the right level of service for your needs.  Choosing the right type of service to be performed in your home is the only way to have a successful outcome when you hire a cleaning service.  If you purchase less service than you need, you will be disappointed with the results no matter who you hire.  It is for this reason that we strongly suggest that you start with a Initial/Deep Clean for your first service visit.  A Maintenance Basic Clean is only recommended if you’ve had a professional cleaning within the last four weeks.

Deep Clean

Includes the maintenance clean (Shown at bottom of page) with a detailed emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:

  • Everything included in a maintenance clean+

  • Handwash exposed baseboards

  • Ceiling fan blades (if accessible)

  • Detailed dusting knick-knacks

  • Clean door frames and doors

  • Vacuum tops of drapes or valances

  • Extra hour included for high detail areas

It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning the areas described above. If any items are not secured, accessible or sturdy, we will not be able to clean those areas.

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand
